Clause for Customers (GDPR)

Pursuant to Article 13 para. (1) and (2) of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95 /46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR“), we inform you of the following:

  1. The data operator is TRANSPARENT DESIGN S.R.L., whose registered office is in Ilfov County, Șos. Olteniței no. 208, Buildings C1 and C4, Popești Leordeni City.
  2. To provide additional information regarding your personal data, please contact our data protection officer, Ms. Alexandra PRISACARIU, at the following e-mail address: alexandra@transparentdesign.ro.
  3. Your personal data will be processed to execute the contract pursuant to Article 6 para. (1) lit. (b) of the GDPR.
  4. Your personal data can be transferred to our contractual partners, respectively: the company that provides website hosting services, courier companies, banks, companies that provide electronic payments, Customer Service.
  5. We also use services belonging to Google LLC, so your personal data may also be transferred to Google LLC, which processes data in the United States of America. The security of data transfers was ensured by the Operator by signing the Standard Clauses, in accordance with GDPR.
  6. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 3 years. Additionally, the data processed for the fulfillment of financial-fiscal obligations are processed for a period of 10 years, according to the legal provisions.
  7. You have the right to access your personal data, the right to request the correction, deletion or limitation of the processing of this data, the right to transfer data, within the limits of the legal provisions.
  8. The provision of your personal data by you is voluntary, but necessary for the valid conclusion of the contract.
  9. You have the right to file a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for the Processing of Personal Data (Bd. Gheorghe Magheru no. 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest), if you consider that the processing of personal data violates the law or go to the courts.
  10. Your data will not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
