CNC Cutting
CNC machining centers automatically perform a wide range of machining operations such as cutting, cant machining, drilling, notching, cutting and engraving. Automated processing is ideal for making glass for furniture and buildings(countertops, steps, balustrades, doors, etc.) with various shapes and complex cutouts that require special accuracy and cannot be made by hand or by ordinary machines.
The deviations resulting from the CNC machining process are also minimal, thanks to the automatic programming of operations based on ACAD files that can be imported into the machine’s computer. At the same time, the realization times of the panels on CNC are shorter, as in the basic software of the machine there are stored a large number of shapes and cutouts that can be adjusted to the desired dimensions, thus facilitating the programmer’s work.

State-of-the-art automated equipment
Transparent Design owns several state-of-the-art automated equipment, eliminating manual panel execution and measurement deviations.
The BAVELLONI NRG 420 Power Jet (2019) is designed for the accurate processing of glass panels with special shapes and cutouts, size 4500 x 2500 mm.
3 state-of-the-art vertical CNCs:

- CMS PROFILE 7032 SX (2020)
They allow us to automatically process JUMBO panels with dim. max. 5000 x 2800 mm, accurately performing all necessary operations: cant machining, drilling, cutting.
3 CMS VERTEC MILL that automatically and quickly drills holes and cut-outs. The quality of this process is very important to avoid glass breakage when securing (especially large JUMBO panels) or when fitting mechanical fasteners and hardware.
The first CMS VERTEC MILL 3222 SX was purchased in 2018.
We are set to put into operation a horizontal CNC for drilling and cutting windows with max. 9000x3210mm.
The quality of this process is very important to avoid glass breakage when securing (especially large JUMBO panels) or when fitting mechanical fasteners and hardware.
